Zebra Technologies is working to consolidate multiple standalone websites into a single online destination for software downloads, technical assistance, and documentation. That’s why, starting in August 2017, the product support materials that you have been accessing on IngenuityWorking will be moving to Zebra.com.

Some software downloads are available with a valid warranty or service contract and require a login. A one-time registration is required to access these software downloads even for users who are set up for other Zebra sites and tools. Use the Login link at the top of the site to register or to login with existing Zebra.com credentials.

Zebra.com’s Support & Downloads landing page can help you locate a repair portal, find a product support page, submit a technical support case online, or find support contact information. Begin typing the product you seek in the search box, or use one of the Zebra Product Support index pages found near the top of the page for quick access to downloads, documentation, and knowledge articles for your device. 

If you had previously bookmarked IngenuityWorking, please update the bookmark to Zebra.com.

Question: Is everything from IngenuityWorking going to be available on Zebra.com?
Answer: Not everything. We are actively migrating knowledge articles and will continue to do so in the coming weeks. Materials for unsupported products will not be migrated to Zebra.com. There will not be community functionality on Zebra.com where you can post questions to be answered by peers, partners, or Zebra associates. If you have a technical question or issue, please submit a case online and an agent will respond to you. Developers can utilize the Developer Portal, which does allow users to post questions.
