MC67 (WEH 6.5.3) devices shall be connected (Wifi direct) to a WLAN printer (HP Office Jet 200 Mobile Printer). Also a data exchange has to be made with this MDAs by using the dock over USB.
Ideally the MDA which is connected with the printer over WLAN should disconnect from WLAN when placed in the dock and reconnect to the printer over WLAN when released from the dock. This works with MC65 (WEH 6.5), WAP G3 (WM6.1), Honeywell Dolphin 60s (WEH 6.5.3) perfect.
Problem with MC67 (WEH 6.5.3) and WAP G4
1. Connecting to the printer works fine
2. Now as the WLAN connection to the printer persists, putting the MC67 into the dock prevents it from connecting to the PC by Windows Mobile Device Manager.
3. Sometimes even it crashes the PC (Win10, blue screen), which is connected by USB to the dock.
MC67 WEH 6.5.3 / Fusion Version X2.02.0.0.019R - ERROR
MC67 WEH 6.5.3 / Fusion Version X2.03.0.0.014R - ERROR
WAP G4 WEH 6.5.3 / Fusion Version X2.02.0.0.023R - ERROR
MC65 WEH 6.5 / Fusion Version H_184.108.40.206.057R - OK
Honeywell Dolphin S60 WEH 6.5.3 / - OK
WAP G3 WM6.1 / Summit Client - OK
Any help would be appreciated.
in WMDC, Connection Settings> is Allow data connections on device when connected to PC enabled or disabled?
we tested with both (enabled and disabled) no difference. It gives blue screen as described.
We belive, this is a fusion driver problem, as it is working with some machines and only with this special version of fusion it doesn't.
